From the Desk of Zoe Washington by Janae Marks was really good! I admire the main character, Zoe because she never gives up. She tries to get her father out of jail because he says he’s innocent. Even when she thinks all hope is lost, she still keeps going. As the suspense built, I couldn’t put the book down! I would recommend this book to anyone who likes realistic-fiction. It may have potential for being The Next Big Thing.
