This book was definitely a favorite for me. It was about a boy named Drew who lost his father. Then, Drew’s Mom invited someone that Drew had never even known about to stay with them for a couple nights. Drew was starting to think that Phil and his mom were more than friends. I can sort of relate to what Drew is thinking, from when I first met my step-dad, even though Phil will not end up being Drew’s stepdad. If you like to read realistic fiction books, and enjoy reading about people like YOU than this book will be great for you. I personally give this book a ⅘, which as you can tell, is a pretty high rating.
