This book lives up to its title I Survived! When the main character, George climbs onto the door floating in the water it reminds me of the movie Titanic. It was a super good story and left me at a cliffhanger whenever I had to stop reading. The end of the book kind of reminds me of Jack & Annie from the Magic Treehouse Series where there’s information about the Titanic. Also, I liked when the book referenced Hansel and Gretel when another character named Phoebe drops lemon drops on the ground for them to find her when she’s lost on board. The illustrations were great! It was wonderful to see the book as a graphic novel form because I have read it before. I give this book 4 stars out of five.
